After seeing the quality of work that Phase Developments had done for friends, we knew we wanted to engage them as our builder when we wanted to make additions to our existing home.

One of the main things I liked about working with Phase was the constant communication from all aspects of the build.  When they were going to be here, what was being done each week, the delays if any, and most importantly they were always there to answer our questions.

I also liked how ‘neat’ the place was at the end of the day, no tools lying around for little hands to touch.

We believe the quality of workmanship that Phase Developments deliver made what could have been a very stressful time into one that we enjoyed thoroughly and most importantly we are loving the new additions to our home.

We have been in our new home for one month now & wanted to take the time to say THANK YOU!

As you know we were a little disillusioned with the whole House Design and Build process when we first met you. Feeling very much as though the signing of a contract meant entering into an agreement that would cost us considerably more than we planned at every stage.

We now appreciate the time you took to work through our plans & highlight the areas you thought needed a little extra or some change. In every instance you explained all the options & the related costs. We certainly appreciate the time you took to show us savings in areas that would allow for a better finish in other areas. This has allowed us to achieve a finish far beyond our expectations.

In our experience of building previous homes, changes meant problems & always meant significant extra cost. With this home, changes were never a problem. In fact many of the changes were suggested by Brendon, Dwayne or Belinda and in every case gave us a better finish.

You updated us regularly & completed the job to schedule with a finish better than we imagined. We love our new home & have no hesitation in recommending Phase Developments to any potential clients.
